Terms & Conditions

Commitment: The playgroup runs on a 12-week term-based commitment. Payment is required upfront to secure a spot. Joining the playgroup after the start of a term is possible, depending on availability, at the full term price.
Missed Sessions: Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Health & Safety: Please keep your child home if they are sick to ensure the well-being of all children.
Sibling Discount: The 20% discount applies only when both children are enrolled in the same term.
Trial: Book a regular session anytime during our opening hours and see if it’s the right fit for you and your child.
